0-25 Disability Service

0-25 Disability Service 2017-08-07T11:31:15+00:00

The 0-25 Service consists of five individual teams: 0-18 children’s social care team, 18-25 adults social care team, occupational therapy team, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) education team and Transitions team.  The service is designed to meet the needs of children and adults with an Education, health and care plan (EHCP).

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team, following an Ofsted inspection, with the Service under new management.  Therefore, we are seeking versatile, enthusiastic and experienced team members who are either qualified as social workers or occupational therapists.  The service is rapidly improving and developing and we are looking for motivated and committed staff who can contribute to this improvement journey. A snapshot of each of these teams that we are currently recruiting to are listed below:

Social workers and Occupational Therapists must be able to drive and have access to a car.

If you are looking for a fulfilling career with our 0-25 Disability Service – perhaps you have experience of children with disabilities or just a keen interest in this field and want to know where you may fit in the team – please email us and we will contact you to discuss further.
