Our grades and pay scales for vacant posts:

  • Social Worker £28,785 – £31,371
  • Advanced Social Worker £32,878 – £35,934
  • Senior Social Worker £36,876 – £39,782 (plus one time £3,000 welcome payment after probation)

Front Door and Child Protection social workers all receive one time £3,000 welcome payment after probation.

You must already have completed your ASYE if you qualified since 2012.
